Fans of airsoft firearms in Canada have had a tough time supplying their hobby with the appropriate gear, so when Brien and I thought up this shoot we were skeptical of finding any tired-and-true airsoft dealers in the Lethbridge area. We’ve done a shoot with military-themed clothing before, but nothing requiring replica firearms. Luckily, Section 8 Sports in Lethbridge, Alberta not only had the required inventory, but lent them out to us for a weekend of shooting – thanks guys!
This is the second half of our testing sessions with Lethbridge modek, Carrie K. Bonnie Ferguson was on hand to change up her look dramatically from the studio session we had completed prior to this one, and rocked the shoot with no apologies – she came out swinging and hit one home (I can’t really do sports metaphors – but I’m trying).
Our set was the lot behind my house, new construction is there daily and it was easy to access power and heat for our talent. One item of note in these frames is the stars in the night sky – they were not added in post, you are seeing a four second exposure pulling in the ambient light – before blasting Carrie with a shot from our AB 800 & 1600 light setup
